Robot666 Posted yesterday at 18:37 Share Posted yesterday at 18:37 (edited) So in the process of switching the mag release to left handed the pin that holds the switch in pinged out of the pistol and into it would seem another dimension as I can't find the bloody thing anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get a spare? I tried the real steel canik euro site but it looks like they don't ship to the UK. Would a small roll pin do the job ? Robot666
Daveoc33
You could try contacting kyairsoft. The oem of the canik pistol is armorer works and kyairsoft are the official parts retailer for AW and for WE (kind of the same company). But if it's just a pin then a roll pin may be perfect for the job as Tackle says Robot666 and Tackle
Robot666
The pin looks like this, so unfortunately a roll pin would be no good. Thanks any way chaps

Thanks any way chaps Bugger, that's a weird looking pin, only other thing I can think of that comes close would be a very small R clip, but you'd have to get busy with a couple of pairs of needle nose pliers to get the shape right. mightyjebus
LCT HK53 uses a similar pin on the rear pin for the receiver. What length do you think it is and I'll check the LCT pin to see if it matches. Robot666

mightyjebus
The clip is part of the pin highlighted in re above. Might be easier finding an LCT than a Canik part. Failing that, buy a split pin and modify it to fit. Robot666 and Tackle 1
Robot666
That would be perfect I reckon. Thanks buddy I'll try track one down. Part of the airsoft teching experience, being on your knees, looking for a comically small piece. Robot666
