Need advice - How to fit a bigger battery

I have 2 AEG's, KWA Eve-9 and a Specna Arms SA-X02 and need to find a way to fit a bigger battery in each. Not more mAh, actually physically bigger.

My dilema is I purchased a Turnigy Nano-Tech 2000mah 3S 15~25C Lipo not knowing the physical size. It looks like a great battery but alas it doesn't fit in either of the battery compartments.

A bit stupid of me I know, but this is just a problem that needs to be figured out.

Are there thicker battery tubes available for the Specna Arms or stocks with bigger battery compartment for the KWA?

I'm pretty new to this so still learning about what's out there.

Short of changing to a compact solid stock I think you'll be out of luck. I'm assuming you bought the battery that is one single block rather than three separate cells?

Could you try and return it for one that will actually fit?

I had a suspicion that there isn't a solution and a return is probably best. The battery cost 13 quid so I will probably just keep it in case I find a use for it at a later stage.

Does the eve 9 not have the pts stock on it? I use a block battery opposed to separate cell batteries. With the pts stock they fit vertically into the back of the stock.

Yeah, it does have PTS stock but the battery is too thick unfortunately
