  1. Apologies for resurecting this thread. I have a KWA Eve-9 with Gate Titan installed, I need to pull the gearbox apart to clean some dirt from the Titan sensors and would like to install a few upgrades while I'm about it. From reading this thread I gather the following upgrades are best. SHS motor (high speed or high torque?) XT piston head Madbull Piston Anything else worth doing? I do not mind spending a bit of cash on getting it running nicely.
  2. Thank you, no noticeable scuffs or marks at all.
  3. I have a fairly new, good condition KWA that I am considering selling. Has 5x standard original KWA 120 rounds mags as well as a 400 round KWA high capa. Also comes with Gate Titan V2 Bluetooth installed. Box and all accessories as well. Any thoughts on what I can ask for it?
  4. I have an Overlander VSR Mini, will that do?
  5. Thanks, I'm going to pull it apart this weekend and take a look. The Titan also started doing something weird recently, I cannot set the Auto selector to Burst so maybe it does all just need a good clean inside.
  6. I have a KWA Eve-9 that needs looking at. Has a Gate Titan II BT installed and suddenly started throwing a sector gear sensor error. I installed it myself and was working fine until a few days ago.
  7. That is very handy if you have the knowledge and testing equipment but not so easy for the average Joe.
  8. I guess for me it's about getting what I paid for and not some bad quality battery that doesn't deliver what's written on the packaging. I know this is probably a bad example but I would never use the cheap batteries that come with electronic goods. I always replace them with Duracell or Energizer because I know the qualify is good and the battery is reliable.
  9. I’m looking for a sight for my SA-X02, I currently have a Feyachi RDS-25 on my KWA but looking for holographic for this one. Budget is around 60 Quid, prepared to go up a little if it’s good. Any advice, personal experience with something good at a reasonable price?
  10. One of the reasons I’ve chosen Turnigy as my preferred battery, they seem to get very good reviews and when tested are close to stated specs
  11. Thanks, I have a mild understanding of the C rating. I have a few 20/40C 1000 mAh batteries and have ordered a 15/25C 1200 mAh to check physical size in my RIF.
  12. Interstingly the Turnigy batteries are larger than the Nuprols I have. My Nuprol 1450mAh 11.1v battery is smaller than the Turnigy 1000mAh 11.1v.
  13. My first was a KWA Eve-9, I chucked a Gate Titan BT in it, apart from that it's stock. Very happy with it. Recently I bought a Specna Arms Edge 2.0 SA-X02 which I also really like. Both really good guns at what I consider fair prices. The KWA has a v2.5 gearbox specific to the gun so upgrading the gearbox with an Eon from Gate or similar cannot be done (as far as I know).
  14. Thanks, I am using 11.1v already so should be good. I looked at those but they may be a bit thick for the Double Eagles. I'll purchase 1 and check but I know for sure the 1000mAh will fit and should last 3 or 4 30 minute sessions the way we play.
  15. Should probably add that we're currently using a mix or Rebel and Nuprol batteries.
  16. I need verification on a battery purchase for the following RIF's. 2x Double Eagle M906 and M916 1x KWA Eve-9 with Gate Titan BT 1x Specna Arms SA-X02 with Gate Aster v2 I'm looking at the following battery, small in size, in fact the PTS stock on the KWA can house 2 or possible 3 so easy to swap during gameplay. https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-nano-tech-1000mah-3s-20-40c-lipo-airsoft-pack-t-connector.html Basically I'm looking to standardise my battery set for myself and my kids.
  17. Yeah, it does have PTS stock but the battery is too thick unfortunately
  18. I had a suspicion that there isn't a solution and a return is probably best. The battery cost 13 quid so I will probably just keep it in case I find a use for it at a later stage.
  19. I have 2 AEG's, KWA Eve-9 and a Specna Arms SA-X02 and need to find a way to fit a bigger battery in each. Not more mAh, actually physically bigger. My dilema is I purchased a Turnigy Nano-Tech 2000mah 3S 15~25C Lipo not knowing the physical size. It looks like a great battery but alas it doesn't fit in either of the battery compartments. A bit stupid of me I know, but this is just a problem that needs to be figured out. Are there thicker battery tubes available for the Specna Arms or stocks with bigger battery compartment for the KWA? I'm pretty new to this so still learning about what's out there.
  20. Received my order, box is quite damaged but the items inside are OK. Either customs treated the parcel very badly or Gunfire used insufficient packaging. I cannot be sure if the gun box was in another box
  21. This advert is COMPLETED!

    • Wanted
    • Used or as new

As title, everyone seems out of stock locally, Gunfire also has no stock.

    £20

  22. I guess I got lucky, package cleared customs examination late last night and is on its way to me. Delivery today or most probably tomorrow.
  23. Unfortunately that’s exactly where it is
  24. Ouch, that is not good news. Thanks for letting me know. Weirdly enough, I ordered a sniper rifle from Novritsch which sailed through everything. I prepaid a very low import fee and Novritsch completed the customs declaration as well. Think I'll order more from them in future instead of Gunfire.
  25. Apologies for the thread revival, thought it best not to open a new one. Does anyone know how long UK Customs take to check a RIF import? I ordered a Specna Arms from Gunfire in Poland which arrived in the UK last week. At first it was checked and released by a Government agency, I was charged import fees, so far so good. Then it went in to the warehouse and hasn't moved since. I contacted UPS to be told it is being held for a customs examination. Does anyone know how long these examinations usually take?
