New Glock slide rattle.

New to the airsoft thing so this question might have been answered before.

Just bought an Umarex Glock 45/19 Gen 5 and noticed that the slide rattles a lot (see atached video).

When moving the gun from side to side both the slide and also the magazine rattle quite a bit. Enough to be audible.

Is this normal?
Haven't noticed that it effects the accuracy but it's still quite annoying.

OK, that is one approach.
I'm just wondering if it's something that will get worse over time.

Hate to say umarex glocks are OEM VFC who don't have a sparkling rep for internal build quality. Keep maintained regular hope for the best.

Sorry to say, it’s a VFC OEM. They look pretty, everything else about them is below average or shockingly bad.

 

Take it back and try another, it deffo shouldn’t be like that

That's bloody awful even for an Umarex.

I have had several WE Glocks and none of them have had that degree of rattle.

 

In fact they have hardly rattled at all.

I have a Umarex Glock 17 and it doesn't sound like a skeleton blazing one off in a saucepan when I shake it. Send it back and try another.
