Wonder if anyone's spotted any deals? I've experimented with straight up welder propane and MAPP and have decided I'm willing to pay for the privilege of not playing in a perpetual stink cloud of farts and dead fish.

Might be worth speaking to your local airsoft store and seeing if next time they are putting an order in they can get a box for you and if they can do a bulk deal (as it will be in-and-out and not sitting on the shelf for weeks or months!)

You can bulk buy from patrolbase as well. Not quite massive bulk but I bought 5 for £40 including shipping.
