Very Low FPS

from the pic you have posted your anti reversal latch is in the wrong position it should point down to were the motor comes in to the gearbox

Is the tappet plate slotted into the nozzle? I cant see it in the photo but I am pretty sure its not installed correctly which would cause the FPS loss.

That picture doesn't help much, we need to see the front of the nozzle / tappet plate to see if the nozzle is sitting correctly. The groove at the rear of the nozzle should slot over the plate. and as Keithlag posted your  anti reversal latch is sitting incorectly.
