HuttArmouries
I have been fiddling around with an army armament r36 gbbr for fun and turning it into a full length g36e and recently got my hands on an old beaten up we g39c for parts and mags. Ive noticed the blowback is significantly harder and sharper when using the we mags over the army armament ones. Im wondering if there is a way to bring the army armament ones up to the same level? hitmanNo2
Could be a few things. Any difference in height in terms of how high the mags sit on the mag catch? If the WE mags sit higher, they'll be a tighter seal to the nozzle so more gas channeling and harder recoil. Mag gas routers could also be slightly different profiles with the WE making a better seal. Or it could be higher flowing valves in the WE mag. EDcase
I'd guess it would be a difference with the output valve. Can you take them out to compare?
heroshark
Not a surefire method but you can possibly tell if its a route seal issue by pushing the mag up into the gun and firing and see if it makes a difference. If it is the valve you may be able to mod the stock valve to high flow.
