What Have I Got? First Choice Armor

So,

last year I was struggling to get a PC that fitted me.....

I staggered into eBay and stumbled into this one here

It is labelled inside and branded , even serial numbered 001 !!

The website address for the maker is down and no longer exists, I cannot find anything out about the makers of this Plate Carrier

I add it didnt come with pouches nor plates and was a UK sale
It also has a removable collar, a bit like a bomb disposal suit number ?

I don’t want to sell it, I’m just intrigued about the lack of info about the brand & the serial number (if it’s genuine)

E: Attached is one of their catalogues from 2006 - Your plate carrier, or the armor that was supposed to go in it, is a "Millennium Flex" brand, found via the model number (MF10NS)

 

What I'm stuck on atm is figuring out whether that's the style as well - the code MF10NS is the official NIJ model number, and I found a New York state document talking about the following models using MF10NS:

Very interesting reading, I wonder if I have some sort of Prototype here , as it doesn’t look like any of the models in the catalogue 

I may get round to removing the pouches tomorrow to allow “naked” pictures ?
