Darkmikey22 Posted October 4, 2020 Share Posted October 4, 2020 Your both right. Early MP5s (OP Nimrod) era was Indeed top mounted streamlight SL20 on a HK claw mount. The above picture is what came after. But to answer OP question, no!. The navy style flash hider was never used. Was either the short flash hider of SD front end. There was a few pics floating about to what looked like navy style FH, but turned out to be miss identified HK53, and was the G3 style flash hider used on these models that look like a navy FH from a distance.
