E21A
Trying to setup an account so I can order some stuff on payday and the website keeps rejecting my post code. Its a standard AA11 1AA type post code. Anyone else had this problem?

Have you entered it in full capitals and no space, or are you on a new build which may not be on their database (depending on how they have their validation)
E21A
I’ve tried every possible combination I can think of, upper and lower case, spaces, not spaces. Not a new build, never had trouble with anywhere else.
Supporters Sitting Duck Posted July 8, 2018 Supporters Share Posted July 8, 2018 No space - try that Think this is a common problem but checked my details/shipping addy & there is no space between the two parts of the postcode eg: AA111AA not AA11 1AA so to speak Also some places can be picky about addresses too I found that the address has to be quite precise & exact at some places eg: 25 Some Road Marylebone London NW1 5EG "might" not work, or putting in a borough/town might add to confusion and an error or invalid address might display as some might say Marylebone is not a City 25 Some Road London NW1 5EG In your case: the postcode no spaces: NW15EG "should work" Or another example If you list say North/South of borough then County & it confuses stuff more on checking details Just some sites & way they check/validate addresses varies and often can be very picky/precise in TWG's case - they don't use spaces/seperator for PostCodes I think Also you "might" have to drop the county/borough Looking at my addy on TWG it doesn't list it as Surrey at all Says the town but not the county which in theory is not vital as the postcode can only be a Surrey postcode Says: My Road Name - with house number at the end (first line) POSTCODE (caps & no space), MY TOWN (second line) Great Britain (well yeah third line) phone number & that is it - so maybe the London/County bit is not required and deffo no space perhaps in PostCode so maybe: 25 Some Road Marylebone London (try dropping London) NW15EG (no space in postcode) Thinking back - yeah it was a bit of $hit to register but got there in the end Like I said some places can be really picky and ar$ey about exact precise addresses
E21A
Tried the postcode with no space. Accepts everything else about the address 🤷♂️
Supporters Sitting Duck Posted July 8, 2018 Supporters Share Posted July 8, 2018 make sure phone number has no gaps (should get a green tick on it I think happened) County is fine re-regged another account/email no problem: My Road Name - with house number at the end (first line) POSTCODE (caps & no space), Surrey (My County (second line)) Great Britain (well yeah third line) selected from pull down menu phonenumber (landline btw & no gaps at all) but yeah now sitting at TWG with Duck Jnr's name up top corner (no that isn't his real name - wtf names their kid Duck Jnr - wife said no anyway to silly names)
