Giliador
This place is very creepy but with a bit of maintenance it could work or is there too much health and safety concern It's in borehamwood next to shell on A1 https://www.flickr.com/photos/harry_ricardo/sets/72157629061721297/ (Don't take this topic seriously)

two_zero
is there too much health and safety concern generally - yes. starting an airsoft site seems to be a right hassle, sadly.

All you need is a [large] piece of land a few volunteers (skilled in construction with wood) and 10k to spend on these. ;p At around £400 profit a game day you could have broken even in 25 weeks, and thereafter keep buying more containers at a rate of 2 a month... Supporters SeniorSpaz87 Posted June 21, 2016 Supporters Share Posted June 21, 2016 Oh goodness, that place would be an insurance nightmare... They have enough trouble at The Mall as it is... You would have to install railings all over the place, no exposed rebar, no sharp surfaces... Not easy or cheap... But it sure looks cool
Giliador
I don't think even with railing it would work, this building is probably unsafe to enter and don't think anyone would get it insured. But after removing graffiti and rubble I can imagine it has potential even for eve or night games

Giliador
So it looks more appealing but I understand why some people will like it
