I am not going to just click on a random, no information link. Ban what, dog grooming, stepping on cracks in the pavement or wearing loud coloured shirts in a built up area?

I wouldn't bother the author couldn't even spell the Bill correct. Section 81 is not the section relating specifically to airsoft. Its rather irrelevant if section 77 bans the sport anyway..... The author of the petition is not identified and the proofreading is terrible. Don't want to sign the petition and then have it presented to parliament by the head of the British League of White Shooters. Have they even consulted a lawyer on section 81? It's not even clear that this section means exactly what the petition says it means, it looks to be more about enforcement autonomy than writing rules.

The point is that nobody in any position to have an effect on the legislation being ratified will take any notice of any petition that poorly worded and doesn't actually reference the correct part of the bill. I applaud your sentiment but if we're going to sign something it should be correct.

Besides, we're getting an airsoft exemption if section 77 works correctly, so what's the problem?
