callumbagshaw Posted March 24, 2016 Posted March 24, 2016 Hi all, I'm wondering if the following is possible: I have a Dan Wesson 2.5" stubby Revolver that shoots .177 metal BBs (obviously not 6mm airsoft BBs). Found here: http://www.countrywaygunshop.co.uk/product/dan-wesson-2-5-silver-177-pellet-co2-revolver-air-pistol/ There is a 6mm version of this for airsoft (this one's an 8" but you get the picture) http://www.pellpax.co.uk/airsoft-bb-guns/airsoft-pistols/co2-powered-pistols/dan-wesson-8-silver-co2-6mm-airsoft/1946 I was wondering if it's possible to put a bigger inner barrel into it (6.03mm or something), and to get the "fake bullet" shells that hold 6mm BBs instead of the ones I currently have that hold .177's. Anyone know if it's possible? Cheers!
BigAl Posted March 24, 2016 Posted March 24, 2016 It’s probably possible, but would be far easier to sell it and buy an airsoft gun.
callumbagshaw Posted March 24, 2016 Author Posted March 24, 2016 Would it? Who buys them? >.< Don't know of many markets for second hand .177's
callumbagshaw Posted March 24, 2016 Author Posted March 24, 2016 Didn't Facebook recently ban the sale of RIFs? This is beside the point anyway, I kinda want to try it as a little project! Was just wondering if it is possible or not and if anyone had nay pointers -That said, if anyone wantys to buy my .177 version, PM me
