On occasion like every sniper I have to draw my pistol out when I get rushed / people are to close to use my VSR.

I brought a cheap pistol at the start (MK23 by STTi) because I spent most of my budget upgrading my VSR.

I am planning to by the G&G SRS and use it as my secondary weapon.

My plan is to remove the stock and somehow attach the battery elsewhere so it is more compact.

I have been told the SRS can take a 11.1 Lipo,

Would any of you recommend getting that? or should I go smaller?

Also what would be the best way to house the battery?

Do any of you know a battery box for a keymod rail?

I have seen some players use a slim mag pouch; they cable tie it parallel to the barrel above the mag release button.

Any advice suggestions welcome.

I did not know it existed! thanks for pointing it out, 2 hi-caps is a bonus!

Full metal but only 500g more.

Performance wise, which is better or are they fairly close?

They do a polycarbonate version thats cheaper look on the website.

Me personally I would choose ICS over G&G everytime.

Even an mp5k is too big to be a sidearm.

Mp7 with a short mag is the max size you can maneuver easily with, being a sniper.

A GBB pistol has good firepower to serve as a secondary. A hi-capa is a great choice, it has enough BBs and gas in the mag. I assume you used an AEG before you switched to be a sniper. Don't try to play the same way. Learn and practice the sniper way. :)
