Zak Da Mack
Suspicious... In short yes, as it only restricts to buying, not using. But how would you acquire a black one in the first place? Unless you had a defence to buy one, but you still need to be over
Carrel
I know of someone in the same position. They had an airsoft rifle before the whole VCRA came in and we had to have UKARA's. UKARA is only for the purchase of an airsoft rifle
Supporters Airsoft-Ed Posted July 27, 2013 Supporters Share Posted July 27, 2013 You are allowed to, yes. Ownership is completely legal, it's selling to someone without the correct defence that's illegal.

Supporters M_P Posted July 27, 2013 Supporters Share Posted July 27, 2013 No they aren't. If you owned it before the VCRA though you can keep it. A guns production date makes no difference... why would it. To the OP, as said yes you can use it, and no one would ask anyway, so no need to worry.
