My site target is 330 but 350 max, with the ten shots I do for the chrono 1 or 2 go over 350 so want to drop it down abit. Yeah spring is an element one, compared to my old spring it is slightly longer and does seem a few thou thicker. When I first compared it I did think, shouldn't this be thinner or shorter. I'll have a watch of some videos and some research into it.

Well I decided last night to charge my battery so it was defiantly full. Then did what sp00n said and put the old spring back in, now it works perfectly fine, have no idea why. I did exactly the same as before but with the original spring. This m95 spring is supposed to reduce my fps so surly it would take less force to pull back? My fps is the same as it was before, floating around the 345 mark.

The video I watched while doing it mentioned the spring so I made sure it was the right way. Decided as JD Airsoft is my closet store, I'm going to ring them tomorrow morning and see if they will have a look and if they will drop it off.

Well I play cqb and it's single shot only, so there is no need for lipos so guess this would be perfect for me, if I decide to play outdoor I'll just buy a new gun.

Do you know where I can just buy a fully built gearbox, tokyo marui preferably as most of there guns I've seen shoot low 300's so can just drop it in.

I'll have to take it apart again tonight as I have gone out now cause it was annoying me. (Get some fresh air, before I smash it into a million pieces) I know the ar latch is right, as first time I took it apart it wasn't so then realised where it was supposed to go.

M95. Yes, tried the gun before I dismantled it and was firing fine. From as far as I can tell it is, the spring guide has the locating pieces on it and I put them where the corresponding locating positions were on the gearbox housing.

I brought a new spring for my g&g combat machine m4. Took it all apart and changed the spring. Once it was all together I checked the air nozzle/tappet plate, it does move back and spring forward, after I connect the battery and try trigger I get the sound of gears moving then it sounds like it jams, the air nozzle/tappet plate is now stuck in the back position and won't spring forward. This is my first RIF so have no clue what I'm doing, followed a video, tried assembling it together about 3-4 times and I get exactly the same results. Can anyone with experience tell me where I'm going wrong?

Just a genuine question that's all. There are people in this country who defend there homes and are penalised for it, with the intruder made out to be the victim. I for one think that if you break into someone's home, the home owner should be able to do what they see fit towards you (apart from mutilate or kill)

Does anyone know where I can get parts for a Cybergun fnx. Parts like o rings for the magazine, frame, slide ?

So if someone comes into your house and is very polite towards you, but starts taking your stuff, you can't do anything?

After using all 1000 G&G BB's, I got the chrono back out and tested on my Blaster .20's. My gun is now hovering around the 340 mark. After watching a few videos on youtube about changing the spring, I have thus decided to buy an m90 spring. According to airsoft world, the one I brought would bring the gun down to about 310-320 I have herd that part of The Towers is now being demolished? Does anyone know how long it's going to still be open, before they demolish the lot? Need to hurry and get all my gear, so I can go before it's gone :/

Ooooooooo I do love that bronze. I have got a magpul multicam pistol grip aswell just couldn't be bothered to fit it yet (pain in the arse sorting out the wires for the motor) Think I might have to look for a multicam grip or get the moe dipped. Hmh gave me a lot to think about now

Cheers for the offer I think I've got some time till I go, as I'm trying to get my dad and my brother in-law involved, as they like the sound of it all. It's just getting it all organised, when all 3 of us have got the same free time. To be honest I'll just try shooting abit and see. Would it be best to just shoot it in semi or rattle off a mag in full to help settle the spring? Ill keep my eyes out for anything good for a sidearm while I do all this.

Yeah the gun is brand new. So if the limit is 328 I would still be able to use it as long as none of the shots go over 350? Would a good idea be to get home from work everyday and rattle threw a few 100 rounds ? Do it for a week and see what it's dropped to? I haven't got enough room to really sort out the hop up, was planning on doing it the first time I take it out. Been looking at a pistol to take incase they say I can't use the m4. I have got a G&G combat machine, my chrono reads, when testing : 1st 351fps, 2nd 352fps, 3rd 350.7fps, 4th 350.1fps, 5th 348.8fps. That's on .20 G&G bbs. Just tested on some blaster .20 bbs and the fps hovers around the 344 mark. Just wondering if this would be to hot for a CQB site? I am going to start playing at The Towers and there FPS limit is 350 on .20 If so what would you guys recommend for lowering the fps? I have thought of a spring change, just not confident of taking my gun fully apart yet.

Honestly, played my first game this weekend and I'm not looking back, few people not calling hits but u get that in paintball, they just wipe. If ur into the guns looking all realistic and playing CQB games then there is nothing better. (Unless u actually wanna get shot properly)

I used to do paintball and have now converted. advantage is the paintballs are easier to dodge as there bigger, so can see them more and the obvious reason u have already stated. Tbh paintball compared to airsoft is a pile of s**t

I used to run a single tipx pistol when paintballing at my local site (which is mostly open woodland) Just had my Multicam combats and an olive coloured top, with my drop leg holster which carried the gun, 1 mag and about 4 co2 canisters. Put 2 spare mags in my pocket and ran a zeta mag in the gun to start the round. In total had 41 shots before I ran out of ammo paintballs. There is something very satisfying about shooting someone who is running a hopper with 100+ paintballs and u only have a max of 10 shots before a mag change. Got my first airsoft game on Saturday at the towers in Leicester, if it's as good as people say I could easily see myself running round there with just a single pistol.

I get that when I tell people at work about me starting airsoft. My response is, well if I get shot in afghan I'm dead, if I get shot in airsoft I can respawn and shoot the person back.
