Okay. One final question! Now that I've decided to use it till it dies, can anyone suggest a nice cheap stock I can use to replace the one it has? It's rear wired and doesn't have a butt plate, so it's gonna has less life if I don't find a replacement stock or buttplate.

Still live at home, I just pinch em from my parents!
I think I will buy this, if only to have a bit of fun, and if I eventually get a better gun I can demolish this one and tinker with it.
Unfortunately saving money isn't too easy atm. I only have the £30 for this for my birthday, and with all my bills etc I can't save up more than £20 a month, if I quit smoking and hardly ride my motorcycle XD
If he still has it I could go for a M1 carbine for the same price, same make too. Will either one be overly up-gradable? I know they chrono at 280 on average, would I be able to up that with a better spring?
Before the cry's of "Avoid it at all costs" appear, I've been offered one for £30 posted, and was just wondering whether it would make a decent starter gun. Something I can use to get a feel for airsoft and even abuse to learn more about the internals of airsoft through upgrading.
http://www.zerooneairsoft.com/product_info.php?cPath=279_348_643&products_id=3589 This says it's for the Marui 27, but they don't make one. From what I can tell it's a 26 slide...
:/ it's not so much the crack, that should be fine. After I get my ukara I wanted to get a black slide. Of course, IS the small cracking gonna be an issue?
So I've found a TM G26 advanced for £65 in my local area, AND he'll two tone it. Only problem is a small crack in the front of the slide. I was wondering if there was any chance I would be able to find a replacement, in metal. I know they stopped making the 26 advanced, but can I get a metal slide for it still?
I'm getting a £400 sig 556 dmr for £135, I have no issues about the gun part of sniping, I'm just not sure about trying to find cover, waiting for targets etc etc.
I have advertised on a lot of forums that I'm looking for a cheap GBB pistol, if noone wants to sell one though, I'll go for the compact in a UKARA safe green XD
Pretty simple really, I'm just curious as to what sniping is like in airsoft, as if it doesn't sound right for me I have to decide on a new idea for my main armament. Any input will be helpful, and any stories would also be great!
*Beretta is about 70cm long in the grip too, so with 10mm less on the XDM my hand will still fit. Yay, I now have 2 guns to save up for! Thank you very much for the help, but I do have one more question I hope everyone/someone can help me with. When I buy the gun, what Gas should I use??
