I've got some ruined threads on my angry gun outer barrel. As I understand it I can use a Tap & Die to fix it. Question is do I need bigger Tap & Die than the holes (3mm) or the same size?
You either need a Tap (inside threads) OR a Die (outside threads). Unless you're planning on drilling it out fitting a thread repair kit then you need it the same size as it's supposed to be. If it's a blind thread (not all the way through) you'll need a plug tap.
