To me, it looks essentially the same thing as the normal ghillie suit. Hellenic and M84 material on sale. I could buy a ghillie suit but I don't want to spend too much on one and they're £60+ at least. Plus making one could be enjoyable. I know I saw a video on YT somewhere where you can use a simpler system and it's not an item of clothing you have to wear, more like a sort of concealment net you have on your back.

Presumeabley you'd have jute and netting also added in a colour suitable to your AO since this is a custom jobby. Ghillies are bit useless at skrims, weekenders and such they come into their own. If you go through the effort of making one, you'll go to the effort of adding foilage as you move to reflect your new position
