Yup I bought one and I don't know if I like it, I would prefer a stubby vertical grip. Mine only cost like 7 quid though and is good for the money (there's a review on here I think)
They are generally intended for a grip where your fingers point down and your thumb is over, or close to the top of your foregrip. If that sounds uncomfortable don't get one
