    Well, my laptop is absolutely useless now. It cannot play basic game without crashing or load microsoft word. Imma factory reset it and start all over.

      does it get hot or over heat? if so a USB cooling pad may be a answer

      yes, it does get hot, but that's universal. Overheat? No, it doesn't.
