    Our BT phone broadband is down for a strange reason. Called BT using skype and for 15 minutes, me and my mum could not understand a single word the woman said with her insanely strong indian accent. "I JUU PAAA ZU GI HA RUI GAH BABA DOO JA!

      I can't stop laughing! It's true that outsourcing is silly,I had to slog through one customer service session. I knew my stuff about the issue,which was a faulty PSU that I wanted to return but needed to call their service center because the company hates me. Every time I opened my mouth I was hit with a thick Indian

      accent saying ''OKEY,I WILL REDIRECT TO A HIGHER END SOUP EAR EE OR'' and listening to some suicide inducingly bad cunty pop song on hold for 37...

      Billion hours. Ended up throwing the chinese peice of shite out,never buying things like that online again. waste of 10 euro!

       

      I think the shop was dixons or something,don't really remember,our local PC world store was understocked at the time and I could not buy from them.
