If a buyer recieves an item and then takes a week to claim that it is "faulty" Should i have to issue a refund? we did have solid communications during the time he recieved the item and when he claimed it was faulty.
Hard to say really. I bought a gun and didn't test it for a good month to then find out it has massive range drop off issues. Left it as I thought it would look like i'm a scammer.
He says that when he pulls the trigger it takes a second for the first BB to fire. And when on full auto sometimes it is fine and sometimes it takes two trigger pulls to make the bb's fire? I'd say it could be expected coming from a low end D-boys gun?
