From point of release in Japan to us getting them in the UK is usually 3 - 6 months. In that time period, no more new G17.5 batches have made in the scope of that timetable. Gen 5 MOS were released in Japan December 2023, first ones arriving in the UK were February 2024 - so they were the December 2023 batch of production. The only glocks shipped by TM for 2024 were the G19.4's in April. Prior to that, the last G17's (gen 3) prior to that were in May 2023, the last G17.4 reference was back in April 2023. These gen 4's are probably from that or older batches. There is no mythical new batch, its just old stock.

CYMA CGS isn't an MWS. The only things which are potentially compatible are the mags. Everything else is T8's spec.

You're going to be shit out of luck basically, it's a proprietary receiver extension. GBBR spec stock is different from AEG spec, and a RS one uses a different spec as well - not that the RS one would work with the N4, as it has different threads.

Depends on what you're buying - if its high demand items you're probably fine. This particular case, its not a high demand item. HRC is littered with complaints about them, mostly within the last 12 months.

Good luck with that - Do not buy anything from KYAirsoft until after you've got written confirmation they have it in stock, their website is bullshit on stock levels 99.9% of the time. And if they don't have it in stock, they'll hold onto the money indefinitely until they do, getting a refund from them earlier this year took 5 months.

Just in case you hadn't seen it yet - Salvo Precision is effectively Double Eagle, and this is their version of Spear LT which is currently slated for Q1/Q2 2025. As its DE, it's MWS based and it won't cost an arm and a leg like the toxicants.

It's the same company, they've just retooled from WE clones to TM clones. But at $500, you're well into just buy the TM territory.
