I've been lead to believe McAvoy are just selling the business/or moving premises not closing down. Their closing down sale has been going on for a while now....it got lots of traffic through the door spending money & grabbing a bargain (myself included)....reduced prices, put a sign up saying 'sale' will drag punters in, its good sales tactics and clears lots of stock, wich could be sat on a shelf for years. Tis a shame though, one of my favourite shops.

I'll patch myself up, and move on 😆

Welcome 👋 I feel really old now at 52 😆....love the dressy up side of it too, I feel like a big kid sometimes. I've noticed the AS community don't care what people wear or shoot. You could game dressed as a chicken, or full on military load out, with a electric, gas, hpa, shotgun, sniper rifle, sub machine gun, It just doesn't matter as long as you're having fun 😉

Airsoft CamMan is much better viewing than he who shall not be named. As everyone says, aeg👌..... even plonk a big scope on it, buy a cheap ghillie suit of amazon, stick loads of vegetation in it from your game site, sit in a bush awaiting your prey, job done.....how hard can it be 😆

Thanks for offering, I'm in no rush for one. I've got it working with the botch chop down and re stretch to fit 💪 😁...crude but it worked, fired a couple of mags through it and was spot on , no leaking 👍 Still puzzles me how its deformed 🤔

I think it's called the nozzle return spring that was the problem with mine. How the hell has it deformed I'll never know, its a deep internal part, so its a mystery. Looking at the exploded parts diagram it's part S07. It's a 15mm spring so now is the trauma of trying to find one 🙃

No, unsure. How does it preform with the new barrel ? Have you ever had a problems with yours, I've found it reliable and reasonably accurate to be fair, a good solid pistol ! Nice and easy to strip too.

Definitely pistol, not the magazine. A bent spring found on further investigation could possibly be the problem....will cut it back and temporarily stretch to correct *ish length until I source a new one. Tested and worked OK. Some hop adjustment was required....it was a mile out dropping about 8 inches at 6yards! Strange how a strip down has thrown it out that much, is that norm🤔

I've purchased a new mag for my h&k usp, it's dumping the full co2 bulb in one go after the first shot. The original mag is the same, the seals are all good, plus I lube them regular. Any thoughts please 🤔 Ta

Sunday Christmas shoot at M.O.A. (Milatary outdoor adventure).... I took more hits than a radio 1 DJ 🙄 plenty of kills too ! A good day with about 15 in the game. Objectives throughout the day was to protect santa and rudolf on opposing teams, take several compounds, falling back to various bases on a 'hit, medic, hit then out' rule. Loads of pyro and action 🎬

😆 he is slightly annoying 😑 in my relatively short airsoft experience, I have realised I'm not keen on snipers ! Always sneaky and lazy lol just sit in a bush wearing more camo than a forest, popping single shots off, picking away at the field of athletes running around like headless chickens 😁. Much prefer a good shoot it out with beebs flying everywhere! 'Mr Mustangs' vids have decent content and he must make a living out of it...but....just too many deliberate head shots for my liking. Think if he came to one of our shoots with that attitude he'd get beaten to a pulp and sent packing with his snipers riffle inserted up his chuff, it's just not very sporting and very sly tactics. The guys running our club always brief on good honest play, head shots happen... take em & and give em, but don't abuse it. Flip side, sniping is appealing...might treat myself to a ghillie suit & snipers riffle after Christmas 🤔😁

Testing my new KWA qrf mod 1 smg & helmet the other weekend.

Thought I'd tidy the case up, it's got the wave foam so flipped the bottom layer upside down and start hacking away at it to suit my smg, mags, couple of batteries & pistol, job done.
