New toy.. Krytac vector, picked up from extremeairsoft on Saturday at their open day.

Nothing fancy just a relocation cable for my radio , testing out this to see if it improves the performance over the standard Ariel, so far the FM radio reception is vastly improved hopefully it does the same for squad comms

Ordered the Earmor head set + earmor PTT and helmet mounts from patrol base after having issues with the Ztactical Ptt connector not fitting both my baofangs I'm hoping earmor is better quality connector

Why would you want wood ? Why would you want to carry 2 lumps of wood lol. Foam is light and you can still feel hits through it, I believe you can get plastic ones though if you really wanted extra protection,

Went to collect the CZ P09 I ordered from JD airsoft and end up leaving with a Ares Striker as well.

The 209s give a small flash, certainly enough to see, especially in a dark building. You say lost his vision I assume you mean it was abit blotchy for a while as I have yet to see a grenade blind me completely (play at the Gaol so have had a fair few grenades land next to me in that time) 20171225_175837.mp4 Video is me testing a trmr on 209s and shows the flash

The gold is actually quite a nice colour in the flesh , but considering the price I thought why not get 3, I do plan on getting the multi Base for one of them at some point

Picked mine up from the local UPS point today, shame my next game isn't until after Xmas now so can't test them. Just need some pouches now ! Looks like JD are starting to run out as purple and green are no longer a option.

A couple of small viper plate carriers, been wanting to setup a couple of smaller kits for CQB sites like the Gaol. Tan to match my Marpat kit and green for when I run plain cargo trousers and hoody.

The magnifier itself is good, nice and clear. It only lined up with my clone eotech and unfortunately when looking through both the eotech let it down by making it a bit dark and caused it to blur a little. I ended up using it more as a spotting tool then flick to side to shoot. It was much clearer with my red dot sight but they don't line up unfortunately. Next purchase is a 4x acog instead lol

Why do people fix cars after they are over 3 years old ? Because it's cheaper to upgrade than buy new constantly, plus If you like your gun and just want a little more out of it then there is no sense in changing

Yeah I agree, movement etc in the dark is useful for stealth but you still need to see the target before you open fire

Bb guns don't have muzzle flash so how do you know where the target is if it's pitch black

I'm sure it will work but 200 lumens seems a bit low I'd you want it as a distraction device and to get any range on it. I'd perhaps have a look at some of the threads on here for recommend torches. I picked up a cheap torch first time I went gaol after 1 game I ended up buying abother one from the on site shop lol

Will fit fine , same with anything that fits ris rails. Probably wouldnt buy that torch unless someone has recommended it ?

Only had time to put 1 mag through it at the shops range , was nice to shoot, fed well , good rate of fire on the lipo they supplied to test it. Externals wise it's great , everything feels solid. Will be taking it to its first game in jan and reliability wise only time will tell I guess lol. But on first impressions for the £150 I paid for it I'm very happy with it.
