  1. The question is of course, subjective. Theres often a shit ton of opinions good and bad about any site. The only time you can say a site is absolutely shit is if you have a general consensus across the board that it’s so, opinion is rarely so polarised making it nigh on impossible to gauge. I’ve always thought that you really can’t know what joys await you at a field till you go, many places have been reviewed one way then turn out to be the opposite.
  2. The guy selling is in Basildon, says so much.
  3. Looking back it may have been less than that, can you imagine me as a fisherman? I’d be the one claiming to have caught the Loch Ness monster when all I got was a roach 😂😂😂 Still, not bad distance for a 25 quid rif 🤷‍♂️
  4. As a guesstimate I was getting good accuracy out to 75-100m on .25’s. On .20’s I also had 310fps which outperforms my M4 🤪 Mad little thing!
  5. Over at AP they were selling very similar replicas for the princely sum of 25 quid, they were left over from a special event game and were initially viewed as a bit of a laugh and certainly nothing serious at all. I’m pretty sure they were double eagle too however these were the sawn off version. I bought one just for shits and giggles and was also staggered at how accurate they were, such was their popularity at the site they stared stocking spare mags for them, I still have it and like the OP it’s my backup gun. Weird where quality can be found!
  6. Hell I really thought I was special with my 63 cm head, clearly it ain’t so! 😟
  7. Bring it on I say, we can always do with a laugh 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
  8. Sad to say some unlucky fool will buy it without doing their homework then realise they’ve been done big time after. Seems to me that’s what all these chancers are hoping for, just one fool is all it takes. I’ve always thought of Mack’s as a decent place to learn a lesson or two before buying, makes it indispensable not only for great hilarity but knowledge also.
  9. Hi, Sorry for the delay I’d actually forgotten about this thread altogether which is something I often do 🥺 I’ll revisit this in the new year and go from there. Many thanks!
  10. Add to all this the fact that he wants you to trust him even though no one knows the cnut from Adam, I mean, that’s reasonable, right? What is this bloke smoking with all this BS??
  11. Welcome back! As you’ll already know this forum has some absolutely first rate contributors (not me) who can steer you right on all things airsoft as well as any decent sites worth checking out. It’s still all the fun that it used to be with a crowd that’s as welcoming as ever. Enjoy!!
  12. I really do hope this individual isn’t getting a rif for playing on any airsoft field at all, with a touchy, angry attitude like that I don’t predict a particularly enjoyable experience for him/her.
  13. You’ve probably seen it already but I’ve got one for an m4 up for free on the classifieds, may help someone out 🤷‍♂️
  14. Hi Jez, Very interesting and super reasonable rates, I’ve been looking at upgrading the cm16 raider L that I’ve been playing with which is still in a stock condition. Whilst I’m all for having a go myself I can just forsee a rif in pieces on the kitchen table with a very unhappy mrs glaring at me so would there be any chance of a quote to re shim and re grease the gearbox fit a decent barrel fit a decent hop fit a decent bucking And anything else that’s recommended please mate? Many thanks in advance
  15. THIS ADVERT IS 'UNCOMPLETED' - THIS MEANS THE ADVERTISER HASN'T BUMPED THIS LISTING, BUT IT COULD STILL BE WORTH CONTACTING THEM.

Evening all, I saw a thread or two on here asking about boxing and packaging sold rif’s, in that light I have this old g&g raider box which is a bit tatty but has the plastic insert intact and still useable. Free to anyone that may need it, preferably collected as it may not survive royal mail brutality 😂

    NO VALUE SPECIFIED

  16. Says 69 quid on the ad, I’ll take it for that 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
  17. I was thinking the same and would be up for this too….
  18. This advert is COMPLETED!

Hey all, Decent little MB 01 for sale here, shoots and functions ok and has been used for backyard plinkage only (actual truth). Shoots reasonably well at 420fps with 0.25's so pretty much as it was new. I bought it with the intention of upgrading it and having a go at sniping on game days but I just haven't got the time or money to do so. I know these are 120 new, asked for an appraisal but got no replies, hope I don't end up on macks... Would be looking for £60 for it, everything pictured is included. Not the bed though. Postage can be arranged or collection, these are at the buyers expense. If collected, cash only please.

    £60

  19. Theres another thread thats been started up specifically for this, everyone posts potential scammers on there so as to centralise it all
  20. Not sure if you're still going with the ESS glasses but I did and also made a little mod to stop fogging -
  21. Hey all, Got one of the above, in it's original kawasaki green, only used for backyard plinkage, in a case and in good overall nick. Theres a basic sight too. Any thoughts on price? Known to be 120 new so not expecting macks dreamers prices for this 😂
  22. I did think it would but once the hat is pulled onto my fat head it stays there, the hoses move quite a bit too being unattached past where they pass through the material
  23. In what seems to be a right of passage in the airsoft world, I have grown to hate with a passion the spectre of fogging. Being a little unfit, quite fat and therefore prone to producing vast quantities of heat and moisture, it has driven me to try and find my own solution much as I imagine many others have too. My somewhat unique difference is that I wear glasses as in ESS ICE ballistic glasses and not goggles as many others do, this has meant that all the solutions that I've seen are tailored to those and not glasses. I also don't run a helmet of any kind just a DPM bucket hat so I found myself even farther from convention. Many things got an audition, from the 50p antifog wipes in the shop at AP (not terrible but very short lasting) to buying a battery powered fish tank pump and some tubing (chinesium crap and failed badly). Now, many will no doubt recognise Novritsch as a marmite figure but I noticed he had the catchily named 'anti fog unit' available, this seemed to offfer an attachment that was usually placed on goggles and magnetically snapped into the tube allowing the hat to come off but the eye pro stays on. It was at that moment I had a bit of an A-TEAM moment, if this piece could be bonded in the right place maybe it could be adapted for glasses? The pictures below will hopefully demonstrate where I went with this, the velcro is simply stapled and double sided taped into place while the adapter got bonded onto the glasses with a smidge of 2 part 3M Scotchweld that definitely didn't come from work at all. Ever. The upshot is that as I place the hat on my head the tubes and the adaptor 'finds' the one on the glasses and very satisfyingly snaps into them. It looked and felt ok but did it work? Yes, surprisingly, my recent visit to Apocalypse with their marathons games was a good test and the battery lasted all day even though the indicator light showed red it kept going. Even if it didn't I could have used a power bank to top it up. Just a little bit of hopefully useful info for you all if you use glasses like me. Cheers!
