Update: took my MWS to a skirmish today running the Angry Gun nozzle. Outcome: my MWS went down for the first time since I’ve owned it... In short; the little grub screw that twists to adjust the gap worked itself loose and fell out. I assume this is what caused the nozzle to then jam forward (though I’m not sure why that’s the case). Gun would fire, no BB would come out and it sounded more like an instant hiss than a snap. Had to split the body open to get the nozzle to pull back. Will get it home later and inspect further, but definitely something to watch our for. I only had it I’d say 80% open and made sure I could feel good resistance on the grub screw when tightening as I was already mindful that this would be a possible weak point in the design.

What bipod is that? I’ve been trying to find an m-lok bipod for mine but don’t like any of the three options that I seem to have found.

I’m still using the TM plunger. I actually find it’s super fast and easy so why bother with a speed loader?

Hmm ok I’ll probably go ahead and get the high speed in that case.

Just FYI I got the Angry Gun MPA nozzle. Awesome piece of kit. 390fps +- 5 w/ .28s 340fps +- 3 w/ .43s My setup is 373mm prommy .03 barrel w/ modify tan bucking, Dave’s brass nub and spacer. G&P recoil spring and alu buffer @ max weight. Running on Abbey Vertex gas. Also I tried the Angry Hun high speed buffer weight and holy crap, it added so much recoil. Amazing! The only thing that stopped me buying it there and then was I want to try the heavy recoil kit now given that I’m running this as a DMR so ROF is irrelevant. @Wo1f I know you’ve tried both the high speed and heavy buffer weights from Angry Gun and said the heavy made the cycle way too slow to recommend. To clarify is that the ROF or do you mean even a complete cycle per one single shot feels sluggish and gross?

I had this question too. I’ve stuck to a “for MWS” g&p stock but would like to know my options preferably without shimming with tape.

Sounds great! Would love to hear the min and max fps values when you get a chance to mess around with it, I’m curious to know if it can get an MWS up to 450fps.

If I touch one and I tingle, I will do the same. Pre-requisites for tingling: solid, good quality metal body, decent kick, doesn’t sound like a sewing machine. So let’s see!

haha, rumblepack! Don't forget how much shit Sony got when they launched the PS3 dualshock with no rumbling anywhere to be felt. People love the rumble... but £600 extra for it on an M249... 🤔

That’s what I mean, I get that you might want to bump up a rifle for accuracy, range etc. But when the purpose is to lay down a shower of fire surely the stock internals of a TM are more than adequate. I guess the justification is all relative right... for me if it’s full metal, good quality metal at that and performs well without modification and has a solid kick, it’ll be a fun weapon to add to the arsenal.

I’d only heard good things about their NGRSs? If this is the case then I’m a lot less tempted. Why would you want to strip out the internals? Especially in an LMG?

Does anybody know where the battery is stored btw? I'd really prefer it with the collapsible para stock, so I'm hoping the battery is in the box mag but I suspect it's in the stock.

I'm with you. I'm considering it at the around £1100-£1200 and not sure why other people are so shocked. It's a big piece of kit, has a MOSFET which the other NGRS guns don't and a new gearbox design specifically for this.

yup, I can't tell you how fast I'd buy a GBB M249 if it was even half decent.

I’m running a G&P aluminium buffer in mine. Should be easy enough to find, mine came with a stock I bought. They also have weights that you can put in or not that influence the recoil.

Hahaha hilarious. I was literally just sitting here thinking I need to start noting down which way my gun hop units function because everyone I get back from a game I can’t remember which way is off. The MWS is down to turn off/reduce the pressure on the nub. Also with the MWS bbs will roll out the barrel of its off completely and you hold it facing the floor. Now I just need to remember which way is off for my TM MP7 GBB and TM HK45

I believe all you need is a pipe cutter (£10 on amazon) and a valve key (a few quid).

Just sharing some love for my MWS - took it to Airsoft Plantation today and what a pleasure - shooting people who have a shin stuck out from behind a tree at 70 meters whilst the group around them desperately try to engage me and literally seeing their BBs hit the ground 10 meters short of me and roll along the grass... awesome. Although 3 of the 5 mags I took out with me ran out of gas after around 10 rounds, I cannot believe the problems I’m having just getting these mags to accept gas. WIll try a 20 second plus fill next time and hopefully enough will get in there, or I’ll green gas mod them. But yeah, loooove this gun.
