Revision sawflys are great with an insert, and are very cheap on ebay due to them being surplus. The insert also works in their goggles too.

Technically it isnt fixed hop, even though they do advertise it as fixed. If you push the metal hop arm towards the front of the gun, it increases hop, push to the rear and it decreases it. You can also bend it to increase hop. Mine us currently easily overhopping 0.3g bbs with the hop set to around 70% of its travel.

The magz in the photo are ngrs mags, do you have a photo of the actual mags? -
You can use all the furniture of the psg1 with a g3 v2 gearbox bar the grip. You will also need to swap the hop unit for a g3 kne. Begadi used to do lovely real wood grips and king arms used to do black rubber ones but i havnt seen them for a while. The drawback of using a v2 gearbox is that you do loose some cylinder volume in comparison to the v4 gearbox.

Does pushing the trigger forward reset the sear? If so, its normally its due to dirt or burs on the sears.

The motor was replaced with an infinity 30k neodynium motor which gives a great rate of fire and trigger response. The semi auto cut off leaver broke, so I removed it. You can still fire single shots with a quick pull of the trigger though if needed. Unfortunately the right hand side of the gearbox has cracked, price reduced to reflect this.£200

No worries, you can roughlt estimate the fps with a coke can, for below 350 the bb shouldnt go through the bottom but should go through the side from memory.

I've found the RA-Tech nozzle and barrel to be good investments. The barrel have great accuracy and the nozzle has lasted 6 years now. The RA-Tech bolt unfortunately was way off spec and needed a fair amount of material sanding off the receiver to get it to cycle smoothly. Mapleleaf buckings are great with the metal c ring which helps seal and grip the nozzle. I chose 60d for 450 fps, if you are running it sub 350 the 70d will most likely be too hard, 50d will probably perform better. I would recommend getting a proper scope that is rated to recoil, Mine destroyed 2 scopes before I switched to a vortex.

Has anyone ever experienced varying fps between mags? 3 of my mags are outputting 250fps on 0.3g whilst the other two are outputting 290fps on 0.3g bbs.
