    "failed delivery attempt"

     

    Haven't left the office (ground floor btw) since 8:30 AM and I'm literally next to the door.

      It seems 7:00PM is the delivery time for the postal service in this area, at least that's what the postman told me...

       

      Private couriers pass around 11ish AM instead

      Workmate was on the phone half the day yesterday with DPD trying to work out WTF they'd done with his Espresso machine, and why they'd tried to deliver it to the wrong place, on the wrong day, despite copious assurances to the contrary.

       

      All postal delivery systems are clearly not fit for purpose - it's a wonder that they actually manage to deliver anything at all.
