One of my dozen or so AEG M4s I am looking to thin out 😂 It's got a mad bull tight bore, 16:1 gears and high speed motor as far as I can remember but happy to open the gearbox up and take photos for any interested parties. Runs well, no issues. Also has a repro Daniel Defence rail as shown and a ZCI rotary hop unit. Sub 350fps with the M90 that comes from the factory. Before buying anything make sure you check your site's rules on lasers. Some have restrictions on what people can use. Tbh I don't think lasers are really that useful in airsoft anyway -

How easy would it be for you to get to Billericay station? A few players at Airsoft Plantation get a taxi to the site from there. Splatoon is a couple of miles from Wickford station.

I find cqb sites tend to be more accessible, eg camo raids on Canvey Island has a bus stop only 5 minutes walk away

The prime (PGC) kits were the gold standard back in the day. It’s worth checking with some of the Hong Kong retailers if they have one squirrelled away somewhere. if not. Guarder. the guarder P226 kits are fine*. I’ve fitted a few in my day and they’ve all been good in the end. *as long as you’re a decently experienced tech with a lot of patience and a very good dremel kit. It’s lots of sanding, refitting, checking alignment and repeating every fraction of a mm. I’d recommended the guarder enhanced spring set as well.

This is the high power version so it's not site legal (fires around 1.4 joules) you can however buy power down shells for it and be able to skirmish no problem. Peq-15 and a Surefire m600 is the most common, Wadsn do a decent replica of both on Aliexpress for £90 I believe? Lasers aren't permitted at sites though (AFAIK) so keep in mind it would just be a prop. If you want best of the best, Sotac torch and Somo peq-15 but then you're looking at the cost of another replica lol -

Depends what you really mean by "good" - I've been pretty lucky with relatively cheap light/laser combos off amazon and such. On my GBBR (TM MWS) I'm running a PEQ-15 knockoff (The brand was DoxiSN but the product page on amazon doesn't exist anymore). The IR laser is functional, and the light and visible laser aren't gonna win any awards but they work. I haven't had a chance to skirmish with it and be too harsh on it, but it's been ok keeping zero under recoil and such for like a year on the MWS. I say cheap, it was still like £50... I guesswhat I'm trying to say, is sometimes the knockoffs seem alright for airsoft purposes at least 😅 -
