That cutoff lever looks ok unless the lug for the spring is missing; I doubt that you will be able to get a replacement for it. You might be well advised to replace the gearbox; if you do, I would make the standard recommendation of fitting a Perun Hybrid. Regarding the overheating, If you do not replace the gearbox, I would advise replacing the wiring, as well as checking the shimming. Any two lug QD spring guide should fit, albeit possibly with a little filing of the lugs.

Hi guys, was wondering what mystery boxes are the best for value, just as I'd like a surprise, thanks if you give any recommendations!

My TM P90 has been on the bench in a queue for overhauling & upgrading, it has finally got to the front of the queue and the build has commenced. Hopefully will have it back in a couple of weeks+… in the meantime, my lads custom build was completed and it’s stunning! Hes been using the Sand Viper which was HPA’d however…… To say he’s a happy boy is an understatement! After seeing the end result I think I made need to have one made too -

I think he means of the 3 barrels being like a triangle, one barrel at each point, the triangle is canted over. You'd expect this: But it's like this:

I may've bought a few things lately.. Some highly exciting maintenance stuff and some gas. A couple of nozzles for my unreliable VFC MP5K. Another ASG MP5 claw mount and a beautifully made UTG riser. Vector optics Veyron scope for my 416. Small angled vertical foregrip for my 416. I really want to hate vertical foregrips because they look awful, but they're annoyingly comfortable to use. A Vector Optics Paragon 4x prism sight for my 553. And finally, an E&C 416c with the sexiest handguard you can get for an AR; the Geissele SMR. Not sure if i'll keep it yet, i only want the handguard to go on another build. The stock is among the worst designed and most uncomfortable ones ever made. -

I inheriated an ASG M15A4, aka a Classic Army [if I'm not mistaken] M4 replica at the start of the year as payment for fixing an otherwise dead CYMA CAR-15, getting it back to funcuatal with a fresh ZEUS mosfet and an incredibly shitty solder job - besides the point: I've got an old ass ASG M15A4 with a host of problems, and I hope to fix some of them in this thread and ask for some input as google is useless as always and information on these admittedly pretty old by now pews is annoying to come by. First off - the spring guide has suffered and one of the prongs has snapped off: I tried a SHS V2 replacement from ak2m4 and as you can see It doesn't fit whatsoever, probably because it's for a non QD gearbox and I have terrible reading skills - any reccomendations for one that might be the correct shape? Secondly - I lost my safety and I'm assuming it's damage to the cut-off lever because I can feel a sharp point on it where something's sheared off but standard V2 cut-off levers don't fit this particular gearbox/trigger assembly type - anybody know for starters what I have here and secondly where I can source a replacement? A third thing is that the battery and wires get particularly hot on firing and I'm assuming it's because of the terrible amalgamation of connectors I'm using - any pointers on what would be a suitable replacement outside of just cutting the tamiya-connector and replacing it with a straight deans one? You can see the little space QD connectors that are required to get the wires through the front look particularly nasty. I've changed out the 20A glass fuse and it still does it to rule that off. It's got a set of 13:1s, XT bearings, XT fan motor, XT compression set and a M120 to try and get it up to power, alongside a XT 380mm 6.00 barrel, ZCI plastic rotary and either a ML super macaron or a 4QUAD rubber. Any pointers would be awesome - it seems to 'work' but I'd like to fix issues prematurely rather than let the gun explode itself like last time:

The inner barrel doesn't matter. You mean the hop unit connected to the inner barrel? Yes, the hop unit nub must be at 12 o'clock.

I have a JG SD, it's about 15 years old, done many MANY rounds through it and it refuses to die. Only recently done some work on it, a tad on the fiddly side but once you get the hang of it, it's fine.

Hey guys, is it normal that the inner barrels of my tm ksg are a little bit rotated? The triangle of the barrels is like rotated to 2 o'clock instead of being at 12 o'clock.
