Those are just different versions you are talking about and how sellers source their goods. In aliexpress the same product can have quite different prices across sellers. At least I know those that are priced the lowest are stocked or returned goods. The rest are new from factory and in some cases there can be better made and more expensive ones. If you search for more you will find out the normal price is around 40, some can go 50+, and that's pre-tax and shipping, which you automatically pay at checkout
