For his time and packaging materials.  Its a advert and not a wildly unreasonable cost.  When I sell something it is always boxed, wrapped in packing paper or bubble wrap and labeled.  This along with the trip to PO and back can take upto an hour.  If you don't like it don't comment and interfere with his sale.
