hi there, i have a couple (not many) RIFs, some before the UKARA was even put in place! Will most airsoft sites allow me to use them with a licence? I have IFs too, as I do not have my UKARA licence yet. Or will this rule differ from site to site?

Apologies for the poor wording!

Thanks in advance

you are fine to use them, the new laws only apply to selling/buying.

Thanks for clearing that up for me so fast! :)

There is no such thing as a licence.

It's not even that. Certainly not 'automatic'. The defence is available to you to use, when in Court, which the judge may take into consideration. The defence of skirmishing doesn't provide an inalienable right to buy, manufacture or import RIFs and it doesn't give you immunity from prosecution. :)
