The Atomic Punk
Hello all! Another annoying question from me! I own a Jing Jong AEG G36c that I got from Landwarrior (It's one with a sliding stock and M4 magwell that they have seemed to stop selling; shame as it is a lovely bit of customisation) and I was hoping to make a few upgrades to it, one of them being fitting a silencer. Been looking around a variety of airsoft shops online and I'm trying to find what conversion I would need to do in order to get a silencer to screw onto the barrel. Also, If anyone can recommend me a good silencer, that would be fantastic! Many thanks to all who have helped my enquiries so far
Supporters Rock-climby-Dave Posted February 15, 2010 Supporters Share Posted February 15, 2010 simple. unscrew the current flash hider (it will twist the wrong way, its not the usual lefty-loosey, righty-tighty thread... its lefty tighty, right loosey) then attach the suppressor onto the 14mm CounterClockwiseThread
The Atomic Punk
simple. unscrew the current flash hider (it will twist the wrong way, its not the usual lefty-loosey, righty-tighty thread... its lefty tighty, right loosey) then attach the suppressor onto the 14mm CounterClockwiseThread Just tried to do it, but it may require a bit of work. I think i'll consult my mate at combat south about getting him to have a look at it for me
Supporters Rock-climby-Dave Posted February 15, 2010 Supporters Share Posted February 15, 2010 on the bottom of the hider, there may be a little circle. This is a allen screw. take a mini allen wrench to it. this one is lefty-loosey, then it should come off with ease.
The Atomic Punk
I found out from my friend! All my keys are too big; the smallest being one size too big Luckily my friend has got the one for the job. Or so he claims. Once it's removed, it's a simple case of buying a silencer and screwing it on?
