How to renew expired adverts.

I understand that the auto renewal of expired adverts is off now so how do you renew a advert now as the only options are to confirm a deal or complete/sold.  Thanks in advance.

At the moment you don’t get the renew option unfortunately, hopefully it will get sorted.

I reported this issue to the admin, but haven’t heard back yet. I encourage everyone to raise the issue, and hopefully, they’ll listen to the voice of the people 🙂

Sorry that this is happening. To try and get to the bottom of it could a couple of you do the following?

• Send a link to the ad you cannot renew
• Let me know the date you listed it
• Let me know whether this is impacting all of your ads or just some of them

It affects all my adds.

Don’t think it’s been fixed as yet.

I just had the option to renew one of my listings (Out of 4 or 5 others) so it does work, just very very rarely... Hope it's sorted out soon 😕
