Does anyone know what riser & RDS this is please?

 

& possibly where we/I can get a clone of?

I'm not sure about the mount, but the optic is a DR Sight... They're pretty old hat but they're still going strong.

Yeah, I'm not keen of importing from the US just now anyway, even before the $175 + postage is considered.
