Vortex Optics Warranty

A positive post to confirm how good Vortex Optics warranty service is.

 

I’d been having trouble with the zero drifting on my Strike Eagle 1-8x24, subtle and difficult to be certain it wasn’t me.

 

Last Wednesday I sent it back to Vortex U.K. asking them if they’d have a look at it. I had an email back the next afternoon (I checked the tracking, they’d had the scope all of two hours by that time),,confirming the was an issue and they’d send me a new scope.

 

Friday I had an email from DHL telling me they had the scope and it would be delivered Monday (today).

 

10am this morning the brand new scope arrived. Utterly brilliant service.

Similar experience myself , bought a second hand gen1 UH1 which had a few dead spots in the reticle so sent it in for a look over , got a brand new Gen2 UH1 in its place within 72hrs
