LCT G3 Wide Handguard on VFC G3

Does anyone know if the LCT wide hand guard is compatible with the VFC G3 without any modifications? Or anywhere I can get a real wide G3 hand guard? I think the VFC is real steel compatible. I’ve looked around the deactivated gun stores and none available at the moment that I can see.

Yes, the LCT handguard is a direct fit.

Mine just doesn’t want to fit, did you modify antything?

I think the front pin was a little tight, but otherwise it went straight on.

I think it has to do with the ring inside the handguard. But I’m not sure.

I'll have a look at mine later and see if i had to do anything to it.

Update, I used a dremmel to shave of a small layer off the round part and now it fits perfectly!
