Hi all,

I'm looking to change my hand guard on my specna arms edge E07 for a longer one. Does anyone know which would would be a straight swap.

This is the type of barrel nut fitted

What did it have on it?  The longer version of that; if you want to keep the barrel nut.  They're usually handguard-specific.

Alternatively all you'll need is an adjustable spanner to get that barrel nut off assuming it's not glued/heavily loctite'd.

I don't own a Specna so unless someone jumps in who knows you'll have to get digging for info on the thread specs on the upper receiver.  It's probably the generic AEG thread and lots of AEG freefloat handguards will fit, but you'll wanna check.

The AEG thread is pretty much "standard", any AEG specific handguard will fit.

What I would worry about is the base of the outer barrel, in some cases the outer is too chunky and the barrel nut can't slide all the way to catch the threads (G&G handguards are known for doing that, super tight barrel nuts that don't fit anything but their own outers)
