Have you actually cocked it?

you need to pull the charging lever backwards out of the gun to load the first bb and load the spring with pressure to start firing when you pull the trigger

switched the safety to “fire”?

got the magazine all the way into the grip properly?

checked that the semi/full auto selector is t somewhere in between?

BBs rolling out sounds like you have double fed the gun. That shouldn't stop it from firing. Have you checked the mag is holding gas if you have done everything else suggested. There is a valve on the back of it there should be serious resistance if you push on it. If there is not there is no gas in the mag. You should be holding the mag up side down when filling the mag should take 10 Seconds to fill.

Hop should not be stopping the gun from firing is the gun dry firing ( if you put a gassed but unloaded mag in the gun and fire it) does the gun cycle?

gun cycles ok, it fires ok but it stops with bbs in the mag, it fires 3/4/5/then stops gas still in mag,  also some times you have to recharge because it does not recharge with the blow back what can i do to stop this?

Talk to the shop to see what they say.

Make a video to show what its doing.

Are you filling properly with the gas bottle pointing down?

yes using green gas mag has gas in it it fires then stops feeding bbs to fire.

Sounds like it has to go back but I'd be curious to see a video of the problem because I can't imagine a situation where it fires OK then stops feeding with gas still in the mag.

Could be worth doing a purge on the mag:

Just to note, there still might be a problem with the pistol itself so be careful in case you do need to return it after all.

will do ,mod done on leaking mag new seal installed don't think it is leaking now,

other seal was torn not split but a bit hanging off, so replaced it with seals i had.
