What is this gun?

Hi guys; I saw this picture on the internet yesterday and fell in love with it. Only problem is, I don’t know what it is.

 

so what do we know:

it uses a standard M4 style magazine

it has an M4 style pistol grip

The entire upper of the rifle is one piece

the charging handle is on the side in the middle of the upper reciever.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm guessing you saw it here: http://www.nashvilleairsoft.com/custom-gun-gallery/? It's a custom job. AR lower, what looks like a heavily modified SCAR upper and an LR300 stock.
