What other 1911 makes are TM parts compatible ??

Guys I am looking for TM 1911A1 parts and was wondering what other manufacturers make 1911s the are comparable with TMs parts wise.

 

I assume some other companies designs are close to TMs and parts will swap ??

KJW, allegedly. And that is probably it, unless you want to go for custom parts eg. Guarder

etc.

Most 1911s out there are TM clones, but there is no guarantee that any parts are straight cross compatible. Even the the TM specific after market stuff generally needs modding. So KJW, WE ( and all the off shoots), APS should fit bit may require modification.
