Can We Add 'Send Counter-offer' to the Offers Section?

This question is aimed towards a AF-UK admin. 

In regards to the “Classifieds” area.

 

Would it be possible to add an additional option to the offers section, “send counter-offer”, so rather than accepting or declining an offer for an item that you’re selling, it gives you a shortcut rather than contacting the offer maker.

Honestly, I don’t see the point, just reply to the offer message surely?

don't think i've ever used the send offer system, i just pm the seller and go from there.
