Supporters Adolf Hamster Posted June 20, 2019 Supporters Share Posted June 20, 2019 i suspect the technical limitations are going to be significantly less than the legal limitations. as in taking something that qualifies as "a gun" and turning it into something that is "not a gun" without the full blown de-activation process. of course i'm talking about the uk here, your milage may vary depending on where you are in the world.
