I recently got a Well MB4412A, and I am wondering what is that weapons real steel counterpart. Until now, I thought that it's the Accuracy International AX308, but I see that it is a totally different rifle.

Is it an existing model, or just an airsoft fantasy rifle, like the Well ASR MB13? Can somebody help me identify it? Thanks.

could be an m24/700 action in a fancy ergonomic stock there are all sorts of stocks for the m24/700 system both civilian and military

Probably just a generic chassis system on a standard action, is it VSR compatible?  Where is the magazine, is it actually the one you can see or is that a dummy?  Or it could be loosely based on the AE.
