What scar you getting the L or H, my scar l does not like the winter much, it works but you definitely see a decrease in performance from the summer, it's not just the magazines that cool down though while shooting, the loading nozzle does too, so you will still need to allow for warm up time slightly for optimum performance, the scar h does perform a bit better then the L due to the improved and bigger magazines.
