Monkman
I'm a big bloke as well..so getting good kit that fits...well it's not easy. Go to below link...they do 5xl tops & bottoms for the make "Brandit" Have a woodland pair of camo's and woodland water/windproof smock from them which will go to your size as well. Check out these guys, quick delivery as well... http://www.military1st.co.uk/brands-brandit/ Also a mate put me onto these...5.11 tops in XXXl size which are huge. *See size comparison chart http://tactree.co.uk/clothing/shirts-and-t-shirts/tdu-shirts/511-stryke-tdu-rapid-shirt-tdu-green **there is a multicam top which goes to XXXL size as well Also...consider running a CHEST rig instead of a Plate carrier...us bigger blokes tend to look a little silly in plate carriers..as they don't really fit well. I run a Condor Recon chest rig..which has enough straps to go around the planet and I bought the clip on Hydro pack for water.. http://www.military1st.co.uk/mcr5-008-condor-recon-chest-rig-multicam.html
warlord
Can't really suggest a plate carrier, but unless your team has a specific look, I'd be tempted to go away from a camo style and more a PMC, Law Enforcement look. It would be easier to achieve and I think quite effective. Simple lumberjack shirt and black/tan clothing and carrier. Plain colour carrier lends themselves to being adapted to other looks/styles, where as camo tends to clash unless it's not the same camo or close.
