Ben Savage
I've found this gun on Taiwan Gun ( http://www.taiwangun.com/en/electric/cm-009-full-metal-cm ) and I was wondering if anybody has any experience with this or any similar Cyma products. If Cyma internals aren't good do you know of any other M16s for similar price? I intend to hammer the front sight out, put a rail sytem in (Either Keymod, RAS or RIS), change the pistol grip to be the G27 styled one on Taiwan Gun, and make it look like this: Also do any of you know of a RIS/RAS/Keymod handguard that I can get that will not be stupidly short, for under £50? Found one - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/15-Free-Floating-Quad-Rail-Handguard-Black-Airsoft-RAS-UK-/151684178208?hash=item235114e120:g:OZIAAOSwstxVWHoN EDIT: Decided to have a list of all the stuff I've found for if anyone else is interested - M16 - CYMA CM.009 Full Metal - http://www.taiwangun.com/en/electric/cm-009-full-metal-cm - £108.39 Folding Foregrip - Vertical front grip black [ACM] - http://www.taiwangun.com/en/grips-handguards/vertical-front-grip-black-acm?from=listing&campaign-id=20 - £5.18 Silencer - Spartan Doctrine Silencer 340mm Light Weight CCW - https://jdairsoft.net/accessories/silencer/spartan-doctrine-silencer-340mm-light-weight-ccw - £19.99Pistol Grip - G27 style profiled pistol grip for M4/M16 series - http://www.taiwangun.com/en/grips-handguards/g27-style-profiled-pistol-grip-for-m4-m16-series-black - £5.93Keymod Rail - 15" Free Floating Quad Rail Handguard Black Airsoft RAS UK - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/15-Free-Floating-Quad-Rail-Handguard-Black-Airsoft-RAS-UK-/151684178208?hash=item235114e120:g:OZIAAOSwstxVWHoN - £51.98Bipod - Harris style Adjustable Sling Bipod for Hunting Air Rifle Gun UK 6 to 9 inch - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/151519220279?lpid=122&chn=ps&adgroupid=27378760866&rlsatarget=pla-181484345106&adtype=pla&poi=&googleloc=1007092&device=c&campaignid=620865095&crdt=0 - £12.99ACOG - VERY100 Tactical 4x 32mm RGB Glass Edged Reticle Tri-Illuminated Combo Compact Scope with Red Fiber Optics Sight Etched Glass - https://www.amazon.co.uk/VERY100-Tactical-Reticle-Tri-Illuminated-Compact/dp/B00J7KQFKI/ref=sr_1_64?ie=UTF8&qid=1478131031&sr=8-64&keywords=acog - £42.98 Total:£247.
Guest PT247
would it not be better to buy one with the rail system you want on it already and then change the stock to a solid type?
Ben Savage
would it not be better to buy one with the rail system you want on it already and then change the stock to a solid type? I could only find one Ar 15 style rifle long enough with a rail already on it within my price range, so I think that getting a rail seperately will be the best bet because I could get it a few months after the M16 when I'd have a higher budget for a rail system. Ben Savage
http://www.taiwangun.com/en/electric/cm-515-cm-2?from=listing&campaign-id=19 What about this? Other than the polymer receivers it's great, but polymer bodies are a deal breaker for me as I tend to drop them.

Ben Savage
Get a sling All I'm asking is are CYMA internals good, because the barrel on the others aren't long enough and I don't want to swap that out, and I'm really not a fan of polymer bodies. So are CYMA internals any good?
Supporters Samurai Posted November 3, 2016 Supporters Share Posted November 3, 2016 Long enough for what? Yes, cyma internals are not bad at all.

Personal preference, I don't mind that it costs more, because I'd rather have a rifle I like than one that was cheaper that I don't like as much despite spending less.
